An authentic curry of minced chicken, stewed in a tomato sauce with aromatic spices and curry leaves. Served with turmeric rice. Basmati rice (35%), tomatoes, chicken fillet (20%), onion, red peppers, garlic, rapeseed oil, coriander, cumin, cardamom, fennel seeds, curry leaves, salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric, citric acid.
We’ve spent 18 months developing our Chicken Keema Curry, refining our recipe to create a curry that’s not too oily, too spicy or too overpowering. We use a handful of whole spices to balance the flavours, including complex cardamom, earthy coriander, rich cumin and fennel fronds. With a rounded warmth and subtle sweetness, this is a comforting meal for a cold night.

Preparation:
1. Open the bag and remove the 'oxygen trap'
2. Fill the bag with 425 ml of boiling water up to level 5
3. Stir well, close and wait 15 minutes (before eating)
