Refund policy
If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange your order, we're happy to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
To submit a return request, follow these steps:
Click on the account icon in the store’s navigation or click here.
Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the 'Email' field and then click 'Continue.'
- Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the webshop and enter the verification code.
Click on the order for which you want to submit a return.
If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
Click on 'Submit Request.'
If your return request is approved and needs to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
