A classic one pot meal. With smoky beef, tender beans and a subtle kick of chilli, this is a delicious warming meal for the coldest nights. The beef is slow cooked with a little paprika, cumin and sweet tomatoes for a great flavour sensation. A South American classic, made in Dorset.

Preparation:
1. Open the bag and remove the 'oxygen trap'
2. Fill the bag with 425 ml of boiling water up to level 5
3. Stir well, close and wait 15 minutes (before eating)
