Beef Stew is a classic farmhouse dish packed with the best produce from the English fields - beef, vegetables and pearl barley. We slow cook our beef with a spoonful of tamarind to deepen the flavour. Our potatoes and celeriac are finely chopped and give this winter favourite just the right crunch. Preparation:
1. Open the bag and remove the 'oxygen trap'
2. Fill the bag with 425 ml of boiling water up to level 5
3. Stir well, close and wait 15 minutes (before eating)
