Our tender pulled pork is oak smoked and slow cooked on the bone. Served with a traditional BBQ sauce, rice and pickled red onions.
No problem after a long day with a delicious Barbecue Pulled Pork. Each pork shoulder is generously coated with a homemade spice rub, smoked, and then slow cooked for 15 hours. As it cooks, the flavors of the smoky-sweet spices, oak, and meat meld until the pork falls off the bone. With a generous helping of pickled red onions for extra kick, this is a sweet, tangy, dish—perfect for an evening around the campfire.

Preparation:
1. Open the bag and remove the 'oxygen trap'
2. Fill the bag with 425 ml of boiling water up to level 5
3. Stir well, close and wait 15 minutes (before eating)
